How to set language and locale setting in IBM SPSS

Overview

You can easily change language from English to another language of your choice directly within SPSS Statistics. 

Instruction

1. Open SPSS and in the Main menu select Edit > Options.                           
2. Click the Language tab.                                                   

      You can change the language of three different aspects of SPSS:

•  Output interface & User interface

• Character encoding for data and syntax.

2. English-US;
3. English-UK;
4. English-Canada;
5. English-Australia;
6. Japanese;
7. Korean;
8. Chinese-PRC;
9. Chinese-Taiwan;
10. Vietnamese;
11. Thai;
12. Russian;
13. Polish;
14. Greek;
15. Hebrew;
16. Arabic;
17. Spanish;
18. German;
19. French;
20. French-Canada;
21. Italian;
22. Portuguese-Brazil;
23. Turkish;
24. Czech;
25. Swedish;
26. Dutch;
27. Norwegian.                                       

      3. Click OK or Apply.

      4. Done.
