Opening files

1. In your application, from the File menu, select Open.
2. Click This PC, then Temporary Drive or Temporary Files.
   If you see Temporary Drive, use that.
   If you have OneDrive configured, browse to your file.
3. Select the desired file, then click Open.

Another option is to drag and drop file from your computer to the browser over the Home/Temporary files window.

ℹ️ Your application may hang for a short time (average wait time is 10 seconds to 3 minutes depending on file size) before your file loads successfully. Simply allow the application to hang, do not attempt to close your application while this is in progress.
