1. Where can I find out if my device is compatible with Core-iQ?

• You can access Core-iQ portal from your browser, so you can use all kinds of devices (mobile, tablet/iPad, laptop, and desktop computer) to stream applications.

2. Does Core-iQ work offline?

• No, an internet connection is required.

3. Is VPN required?

• No, you can securely use applications with Core-iQ portal without VPN (Pulse Secure for example).

4. What does the IBM SPSS demo include?

• You'll be able to explore IBM SPSS with all modules for a limited time period. Reach us at core-iq@crayon.com and request a free demo for your organization. 

5. I'm concerned about the privacy of my work. Who has the access to the files in the Home folder on the sessions I'm joining?

• The Home Folder is private for each user that is logged in to a streaming session.

6. Is it possible to have windows side by side / two screens?

Yes, take a look at this article. You'll find that the application used in this example is IBM SPSS, but the principle is the same for any other app.

7. What is the relative path for the Home Folder or OneDrive folder?

There are potentially three ways to do this – I suggest you start at the top (which is the prettier option) :

1. In some applications just using ‘OneDrive’ will work, i.e ‘OneDrive\Files\...’ This depends on the application support of variables like this. And note that you don’t start with ‘\OneDrive’, just ‘OneDrive’ (without the forward slash).
2. %userprofile%\My Files\OneDrive\Files Using the first part up until OneDrive will also get you the path for the Home Folder, for instance.
3. The last option is the full path: D:\PhotonUser\My Files\OneDrive\FilesIf everything else fails, this will work.
