Core-iQ portal can be a host for the different licensed applications and utilize licenses that allow software usage through public cloud.

Responsibility

The customer is responsible for providing the correct licensing information, installation files, or media, and providing access to maintenance and fix packs for regular maintenance.

For BYOL, the application support is handled by the Customer and the provider of the applicable software or license. Crayon provides support of the platform to ensure operability and availability, any application-specific incident will be returned to the customer for handling and troubleshooting.

Requirement for bringing licenses into Core-iQ portal

The requirement is to provide authorization codes to migrate software into Core-iQ portal. This means that licenses won't be used on the organization's servers.
